Marmi Visuals is an AI-powered interior design visualization platform that generates photorealistic renders of natural stone materials in various room settings using artificial intelligence technology.

The Service allows users to:

• Upload and manage stone material images
• Create and customize room environments
• Generate AI-powered interior design visualizations
• Store and manage generated renders
• Access premium features through subscription plans

IMPORTANT: Marmi Visuals uses artificial intelligence technology to generate visual content. Please read this section carefully.

Technology Limitations: Our Service utilizes AI technology, which is rapidly evolving but not perfect. AI-generated renders may not always be completely accurate representations of how materials will appear in real-world applications.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee that AI-generated visualizations will be:

• Physically accurate representations of real materials
• Suitable for final design decisions without professional consultation
• Free from visual artifacts or inconsistencies
• Accurate in terms of lighting, scale, or proportions

Professional Consultation Required: All renders are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified interior designers, architects, or material specialists before making final design or purchasing decisions.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload copyrighted or proprietary images without permission
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our technology
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Free and Paid Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription plans with different usage limits and features.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes to Plans: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and features with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Your Content: You retain ownership of images and materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and use it to provide the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated renders created through the Service are provided to you for your use, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Platform: The Marmi Visuals platform, including all software, algorithms, and user interfaces, is our proprietary technology and protected by intellectual property laws.

IMPORTANT LIABILITY LIMITATIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLATE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED VISUALIZATIONS
• MATERIAL PURCHASES OR DESIGN CHOICES INFLUENCED BY OUR SERVICE
• INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TECHNICAL FAILURES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slate Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload or create
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Slate Labs is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
